Banana Smoothie (Berry/Green)
7-10 Bananas* (ripe spotted)
1 C Berries* (Optional) (ie: Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries)
1-10 Leafy Greens* (Optional) (ie: Celery, Spinach, Romaine, Red Leaf)
1 C Water (Spring or Filtered)
Peel Bananas, place in 20+ ounce glass, and blend with Inversion Blender or pulse blend all ingredients in household blender.
Enjoy!

Green Citrus Salad
1-2 Head(s) or Large Bunch(es) Leafy Greens* (ie: Romaine, Dandelion, Spinach, Red Leaf Lettuce)
1 Citrus Fruit* (ie: Orange, Red Grapefruit, Lemon, or Lime)
Half or Quarter Avocado* (Optional)
Cut or tear Leafy Greens and put on plate.
Slice up quarter or half Avocado and put on top of Greens. (Optional)
Cut up Orange or Red Grapefruit and place on top or cut Lemon or Lime in half and squeeze over top of salad.
Enjoy!

Dessert
2 Dates*
1 Walnut* (shelled)
Cut Dates open on one side lengthwise and remove the pits.
Cut Walnut in half and insert into Dates.
Enjoy!
